These sessions offer a consistent and supportive space to slow down, move, and feel.

Week by week, you become part of a group that gradually feels like a community — and often, like a family.

What to expect

Each session lasts around two hours and unfolds in two parts.

We begin with a moment of sharing, followed by a guided movement experience with music.

There are no steps to follow and nothing to achieve — each exercise is an invitation to explore at your own rhythm.
